By accessing and using Meta to Sheets ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
Meta to Sheets provides automated data export services from Meta (Facebook) Ads accounts to Google Sheets. The Service includes features such as scheduled imports, custom metric selection, and data transformation.
To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Each tier includes different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team for refund requests.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
